We are an internet only shop specially created to source and supply replacement remote controls. For any further information, please use the contact form

Returns Policy

We operate a no quibble guarantee policy. If the remote does not perform as you would wish, please send it back within 7 days with a covering letter stating the reason for the return. Please make sure that the remote is exactly as it was supplied.

Please note Remotes that are sent back damaged will not be refunded.

Remotes that are sent back with damaged packaging will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Goods must be returned exactly as they as they were received, as new and in saleable condition with the correct packaging and totally undamaged. We cannot accept returns after this 7 day period unless there is a genuine fault with the item.

Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7days.

Returns Procedure

Please use the contact form to let us know you wish to return the item and state the reason for return. You will then be issued a returns number which must be quoted on the paperwork or package you send back to us. Delivery charges are at your expense.

Please ensure you return the goods by recorded delivery or similar; we accept no responsibility for items that are lost in the post.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Your Security when ordering online

When you place orders we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

All sensitive data such as credit card numbers is collected on our secure server. Our server has been certified by Thawte A Thawte certificate basically means that we are who we say we are. In order for one to be isued, we must prove that we are the owners of the business and reside where we say we do. Having this certificate acts as a seal of trust. We DO NOT store any credit card numbers on our servers.

Our payment gateway is supplied by bucks.net who simply communicate with the card issuing bank to authorise payments.

Contrary to belief, Internet payments are an extremely safe way of using your credit card especially when you consider that handing over your card to a waiter in a restaurant could be far more risky as you have no idea what happens whilst the card is in their possesion. Also in many cases, credit card companies will cover you should your card ever be used fraudulently.

Shipping

All items are covered by insurance whilst in transit to you. Items are sent using the Royal mail, either first class post or special delivery. Delivery times are in most cases 2-7 working days, but in some cases first class post can take longer which is beyond our control.

International orders are welcome.
